Child Safeguarding and Protection
Kenya’s Children Act No. 8 of 2001. Our approach closely adheres to the four fundamental principles of the CRC:

The right to life, survival, and development
Respect for the views of the child
All personnel and volunteers associated with AFROVAC CONNECT are expected to uphold and adhere to our Child Protection Policy, which delineates our strategies for ensuring the safety of children.
We conduct regular reviews of our policy and best practices annually to ensure compliance with changes in legislation and/or government guidance.
As such we have a Child Protection Policy Document which you can find attached.
